Leaching of salts and production of sour passion fruit irrigated with low- and high-salinity water

ABSTRACT The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect irrigation with low- and high-salinity water on increment salts in soil, production components sour passion fruit leaching by rainfall fraction 10%. treatments were arranged randomized blocks, a split-plot scheme, corresponding three management practices [evaluation soil chemical attributes before irrigation; after low electrical conductivity (0.35 dS m-1), high (4.00 m-1) main plot], subplot two depths evaluation (0-20 20-40 cm) sampling times (at 115 days transplanting seedlings (DAT) - beginning flowering; at 199 DAT end dry season; 379 rainy season). Irrigation increased saturation extract, higher values surface layer season. Rainfall during season reduced saline character from moderately strongly saline, irrigated conductivity, non-saline slightly respectively. high-electrical negatively affected yield fruit.
